Directorate Change

The Quarto Group, Inc. (the "Company") announces that Mr Leigh Collins, a non-executive Director of the Company, has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors in order to pursue his other business interests. The Board has accepted Mr Collins' resignation, which has immediate effect, with great regret bearing in mind his considerable contribution to the Company as an independent director and would like to thank him for his wise counsel over the past decade. The Board recognises the many other demands on Mr Collins' time and wishes him every success in his other ventures.
